Our unit is located in the Over-the-Rhine (OTR) neighbourhood of Cincinnati, Ohio. OTR is the oldest standing historic district in the United States, and is known for its vibrant nightlife, eclectic restaurants, and well-preserved 19th century architecture. OTR is a popular destination for young professionals, artists, and students. It is home to a number of art galleries, theaters, and music venues, as well as a variety of unique shops and restaurants. The neighbourhood is also home to the Cincinnati Music Hall, which hosts a variety of performances throughout the year. OTR is a very walkable neighbourhood, and is well-connected to other parts of the city by public transportation. It is also located within walking distance of the University of Cincinnati and Cincinnati State Community College. In recent years, OTR has undergone a significant revitalization, and is now one of the most popular neighbourhoods in Cincinnati.
