Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed unless the additional fee is paid in advance. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses and will be charged 250$ for not responding especially if not check-out on time. 4. Guests make a reservation in their city of residence, Please contact us if you're booking within your city. 5. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including in private balconies and shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a 300 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. 6. Close to everything, 10 minutes of walk to Dallas Museum of Art, First Baptist Church, JFK Memorial, across the street from Giant Eyeball and Thanksgiving Park, and many local restaurants, 2-3 minutes of drive from Farmer’s Market and Katy Trail. Perfectly decorated and maintained by the host with superb sense of pride of ownership and stewardship. Spectacular view from the master bedroom and living room. Enjoyed the workout and reading areas on the 32nd floor. Will definitely want to stay here again!
