1. Guests will be charged in full for any damages or violations of the house rules below. 2. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation and all guests must share a government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements. 3. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed unless the additional fee is paid in advance. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses. 4. Guests make a reservation in their city of residence, Please contact us if you're booking within your city. 5. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including in private balconies and shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $500 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. 6. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited. 7. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. 8. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise noted. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. An extra fee of $200 per night per pet will be charged for undisclosed pets. 9. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. 10. We have a surveillance(door cam) at the door facing external. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage immediately. Unreported damages will be claimed. 12. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules & additional rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property. 13. No outside shoes are to be worn inside the home 14. Party: Parties are not allowed in this property. There will be a 500$ fine if you violate it.
