This impeccably designed space features a fully equipped kitchen with luxury stainless steel appliances, a smart TV, in-unit washer/dryer, and much more, making it the Perfect retreat for families and friends ! ➤ Street Parking: The unit is situated in the N zone. Upon request, guests can obtain an N zone parking permit for approximately $15 for up to a week. Alternatively, free street parking is available approximately 75 meters from the unit without any parking restrictions. Please refer to the attached map in the listing for further details. ➤ Bedrooms: The unit comprises 2 bedrooms - one with a King-size bed & the other with 2 Queen beds, accommodating a maximum of 6 guests. ➤ Dedicated Office Space: Work comfortably in the dedicated office space furnished w/ an ergonomic chair and desk. ➤ Layout: The living, kitchen, dining, and bathroom areas are conveniently located on the main floor, ensuring easy accessibility without stairs within the unit. ➤ Design Features: Enjoy the sophisticated high-end finishes complemented by original exposed brick walls in the living room. ➤ Kitchen Amenities : The kitchen boasts brand new luxury stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, stove and oven, dishwasher, toaster, fridge and freezer, kettle, and coffee machine. Although our cleaning and maintenance teams work diligently to ensure the unit is clean and prepared, this is an older building which is renovated. Older homes are known to have general wear & tear, creaky steps, less sound separation between units, etc. If this is not something you are comfortable with, another home may be a better fit for you!

(1). Kindly provide a copy of your Government-issued Identification. Identification Verification is mandatory for check-in. (2). Guests are accountable for their own their consumables beyond the initial supply. (3). Please note that smoking is not permitted indoors or on the patio, as it is a shared space with family and children. Smoking is only allowed at least 25 feet away from the property. Failure to comply will result in a violation fee of $150. (4). Parties are strictly prohibited, & noise monitoring devices have been installed within the premises. (5). We urge you to thoroughly review the house rules. (6). Kindly make advance arrangements with us to reserve a parking pass. Pet Policy And Fees: (1). A pet fee of $150 per pet is applicable. (2). Undisclosed pets will incur an additional fee. We encourage you to review the house rules for comprehensive information. (3). Certain breed restrictions are enforced, including but not limited to, Mastiffs, Pitbulls, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers. (4). This camera is on and recording video and audio of all events and motions 24/7 for the security of the property and our guests. ➤Noise Monitoring Device: A noise monitoring device is present inside the unit. 1. Guests will be charged in full for any damages or violations of the house rules below. 2. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation and all guests must share a government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements. 3. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed unless the additional fee is paid in advance. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses. 4. Guests make a reservation in their city of residence, Please contact us if you're booking within your city. 5. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including in private balconies and shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $300 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. 6. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited. 7. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. 8. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise noted. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. An extra fee of $200 per night per pet will be charged for undisclosed pets. 9. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. 10. We have a surveillance(door cam) at the door facing external. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the guest space to monitor excessive noise levels. 11. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage immediately. Unreported damages will be claimed. 12. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property. 13. No outside shoes are to be worn inside the home 14. Party: Parties are not allowed in this property. There will be a 500$ fine if you violate it. We have a noise monitoring device in the unit which will trigger a notification if it crosses the threshold decibels (dB). Please reach out to me if you have any questions. 15 . Guest numbers: The maximum number of guests allowed at the property is 6. A surcharge of $200 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests.
