House Rules

1. Guests will be charged in full for any damages or violations of the house rules below. 2. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation and all guests must share a government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements. 3. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed unless the additional fee is paid in advance. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses and will be charged 250$ for not responding especially if not check-out on time. 4. Guests make a reservation in their city of residence, Please contact us if you're booking within your city. 5. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including in private balconies and shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a 300 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. 6. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited. 7. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. 8. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise noted. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. An extra fee of $100 per night per pet will be charged for undisclosed pets. 9. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. 10. We have a surveillance(door cam) at the door facing external. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the guest space to monitor excessive noise levels. 11. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage immediately. Unreported damages will be claimed. 12. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property. 13. No outside shoes are to be worn inside the home 14. Party: Parties are not allowed in this property. There will be a 500$ fine if you violate it. We have a noise monitoring device in the unit which will trigger a notification if it crosses the threshold decibels (dB). Please reach out to me if you have any questions. 15 . Guest numbers: The maximum number of guests allowed at the property is 6. A surcharge of $200 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. absolutely loved this air bnb! The cleanliness was amazing and everything we needed was in the flat. loved all the details to cook with and use as well as lovely conditioner and shampoos. I would definitely come back here I was very impressed

Great downtown location with a groovy view of the city 🌃. Once I understood that the parking garage was on the backside of the building everything went smooth. Saranyaa was very responsive and helpful with my questions and concerns. My stay was very peaceful yet steps away from the mix. I would definitely book again.

This a delightful apartment with light and a view of the world. The apartment is perfectly appointed and was so very clean when we arrived. Parking is included and is easy. Our 2nd car was next door for only $20 for the weekend. I was really impressed with the atmosphere and the location.

The building itself was a little old, but as soon as we got to the apartment, it was incredibly nice and cozy, my husband and I really enjoyed the projector, it gave off quite a fun feeling!! 🙂😊

This listing is located in a great spot. There are bars and restaurants walking distance. The host was extremely responsive. We booked this listing 2 hours before we got to Dallas. We arrived at 1:30 am! no problems checking in. Pointer, if you need parking ask proactively.There is public parking right next door connected to the building if you need more than 1 space. I would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay . The condo was beautiful and very clean . Also had Beautiful views and the location was perfect. I had caused an issue and it was taken care with patience and excellent customer service. The host did an excellent job helping me. I would recommend staying here!
