House Rules

1. Guests will be charged in full for any damages or violations of the house rules below. 2. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation and all guests must share a government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements. 3. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed unless the additional fee is paid in advance. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses. 4. Guests make a reservation in their city of residence, Please contact us if you're booking within your city. 5. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including in private balconies and shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $300 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. 6. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited. 7. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. 8. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise noted. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. An extra fee of $200 per night per pet will be charged for undisclosed pets. 9. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. 10. We have a surveillance(door cam) at the door facing external. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the guest space to monitor excessive noise levels. 11. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage immediately. Unreported damages will be claimed. 12. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property. 13. No outside shoes are to be worn inside the home 14. Party: Parties are not allowed in this property. There will be a 500$ fine if you violate it. We have a noise monitoring device in the unit which will trigger a notification if it crosses the threshold decibels (dB). Please reach out to me if you have any questions. 15 . Guest numbers: The maximum number of guests allowed at the property is 3. A surcharge of $200 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. My wife and I stayed at this condo for 4 nights and were extremely pleased with our experience. The unit was very clean, had easy access, and is in a fantastic location. The host was highly responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish. It’s the perfect launching point to explore Cincinnati—right in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, surrounded by excellent restaurants and bars. We especially appreciated the easy access to the Connector, the free streetcar, which made exploring the city simple and fun. We’d absolutely recommend this condo to anyone visiting Cincinnati!

We stayed at this property for 4 nights. The property was clean, modern and perfect for my wife and I to visit Cincinnati. We had easy access to the pool and games room/roof top balcony. The property was well furnished to make this an ideal home from home vacation. The host was very responsive and was very friendly before and during our stay. The location was great....the free street car stopped a block from the property and that took us around Cincinnati. This property is a gem. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the area.

Saranyaa’s place was very good. We stayed for the whole week and got to enjoy OTR and downtown cincinnati without worrying about my safety. The building was very secured inside, the surrounding area is also a good area. The amenities are great as well, we didnt use the pool outside but theres not alot of people using it so it feels private. Residents in the building are respectful of the quiet hours too. Out of the whole experience I think the best thing that made it worth it for me was the indoor parking. They have an in-unit parking. I come in and out no additional charges and I can sleep easy knowing my car is safe. Will definitely stay here again when it’s available.

Studio City loft style unit. Comfortable quiet and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for us (a couple) +. The building was secure and parking for a vehicle in the garage under the building (we had a 4dr utility vehicle). Although we didn’t take advantage of them, it has a nice lounge area with pool table couches etc and a nice outdoor pool as well. A small diner nearby which is open during the day and parks as well as plenty of restaurants within walking distance or uber eats etc. Also, there is a nice grocery store and access to public transit within walking distance. A good place to stay central to the greater city area.

Some early construction noise but other than that, this was a really nice place to stay, with its amenities and walkability. Safe and fairly quiet environment. Excellent communication, instruction, and friendliness of host. I would rent again from them.

We stayed here for 5 nights during the process of moving, while being in between leases in Cincinnati and it was everything we wanted. Everything was very clean and all amenities were included and easy to use. The host is incredibly friendly and very quick to respond, and the checkout process was unbelievably easy! Many lovely bars and restaurants are walkable as well, and the included parking spot was so nice to have. Overall such a peaceful, rejuvenating and quiet experience, the pool and patio areas are also incredible! Would 100% stay here again.

Walking: OTR is a very walkable neighborhood, with many narrow streets and sidewalks lined with shops and restaurants. It is also a relatively small neighborhood, so it is easy to get around on foot. Public transportation: OTR is well-connected to other parts of the city by public transportation. The Cincinnati Streetcar has a stop in the neighborhood, and there are also several bus lines that serve the area. Biking: OTR is a popular neighborhood for cyclists, and there are a number of bike lanes and bike paths throughout the area. There is also a Red Bike station located in the neighborhood, which is a bike-sharing program that allows you to rent a bike for a short period of time. Taxi/rideshare: If you are not comfortable walking or biking, or if you need to travel a long distance, you can always take a taxi or rideshare service. There are a number of taxi companies and rideshare services that operate in Cincinnati, & they can easily be picked up from anywhere in the city. Here are some additional tips for getting around OTR: If you are walking, be aware that some of the streets in OTR are very hilly. Wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for a bit of a workout. If you are taking public transportation, be sure to check the bus schedule or streetcar schedule before you go. If you are biking, be sure to obey the traffic laws and watch out for pedestrians. If you are taking a taxi or rideshare service, be sure to tell the driver your destination and make sure they are familiar with the area.
