The property consists of two units with a shared entrance stairway. However, the entire apartment is exclusively yours, including the bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and dining area. Guests have access to anything and everything inside the apartment unit.

This camera is on and recording video and audio of all events and motions 24/7 for the security of the property and our guests. ➤Noise Monitoring Device: A noise monitoring device is present inside the unit. This device does not record any audio or video but monitors the decibel level to ensure a peaceful environment. ➤ No-Party Policy: The house has a strict no-party policy. Adherence to this policy is a requirement for all guests to maintain a comfortable & respectful living environment for everyone. ➤ No outside shoes are to be worn inside the home or on the carpet. ➤ Guest are expected to use their own Netflix account. In case of any purchase of Spectrum of channels or add on's - you will be billed the amount. ➤ Any violations of the rules would cause fines of up to 500$ per night.
