Please inform us beforehand to avoid cancellation. An additional cleaning fee of 100 per pet. ➤ **If you book the unit, you will need to download an app to access the building. We will be sending the app request to your given email address** ➤ After booking and Before check-in, present a government ID in Airbnb Chat. ➤ Guests are responsible for replenishing their own consumables after the initial supply is depleted. ➤ Guest are expected to use their own Netflix account. In case of any purchase of Spectrum channels or & on's - you will be billed the amount. ➤ A noise-aware sensor is installed in the unit to monitor decibel levels, ensuring a peaceful stay for permanent residents and guests alike; it cannot record any audio. ➤ A blink module will be always powered to support the door camera. (Should not be unplugged) ➤All guest are requested to take a good care of the unit and return it in the same condition it was handed over to you, except for the cleaning.
